Prashant Gupta (Jindal) is an IT Delivery Leader with over 14 years of experience in the field. He has expertise in end-to-end delivery, product ownership, and program management, with a focus on implementing international guidelines and norms. Prashant is an expert in product implementation, customer onboarding, and post-implementation customer satisfaction, with a particular emphasis on promoting NPS and product lifecycle management. Prashant has a wealth of experience in product management and ownership, having owned and launched IT products to targeted segments. He has a deep understanding of the product ideation, technical and functional ownership, design, development, quality assurance, implementation, and production availability process. Prashant has worked on multiple roles for multiple Tier-1 applications spanning over multiple geographies from the US and India. He has been responsible for end-to-end application support and operations, including delivery management, crisis management, disaster recovery, scaling, and delivery teams building, competency development, solution implementation, transition management, system integration, IT operations management, client relationship, engagement, and vendor management in India and the US. Prashant has experience in implementing Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CRM & Advologix Case Mgmt, Oracle Siebel CRM, Case & Sales Mgmt, ServiceNow Suite: ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM, BMC Remedy ITSM, and JDA Supply Chain Management. Prashant is currently the Operations Director at aiprus software private limited, where he focuses on management and implementation services for COTS (Oracle Siebel, Salesforce, ServiceNow, BMC), as well as application development and maintenance for web and mobile applications. Prashant holds an MBA in IT & Strategy (Business Development) from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor's in Engineering in Electronic Instrumentation & Control from the University of Rajasthan. He also completed his High School - Higher Secondary in Science & Mathematics from SAPS and his School - Secondary Examination in Science & Mathematics from Tagore Public School.
